The technology has been certified to a 99.991% efficiency rate in removing SARS-CoV-2 by Texcell, and a 99% virus removal rate by SGS. For commercial use, the new Haier light commercial air conditioners are also equipped with the same features as the VXA and VRA home conditioners series. All three fridges come with Humidity Control System (HCS) Plus technology to regulate humidity levels within the crisper drawer. This helps keep temperature at an optimal level for fruits and vegetables to remain fresh for longer. Besides the humidity-controlled crisper drawer, a dry zone is provided to accommodate users’ storage needs based on ingredients that cannot be exposed to excessive humidity such as dried seafood like ikan bilis. Chillers for Optimally Stored Wines Haier also announced that it will be introducing its first wine chillers for Malaysia in 2024 - the WS-198 and WS-118. The sleek black design and electronic touch control enhance the appearance of this Upright Freezer, making them a suitable addition in any kitchen. Upping the Ante in Smart Convenience for Washing Doing laundry has just become more convenient with the upcoming Haier BD14266S8 front load washing machine. The model is Wi-Fi compatible, allowing users to control the washer from anywhere inside the house. It also comes with a vivid and elegant Colour Ai display panel for more precise control over settings, enhancing the user experience compared to ordinary front load washing machines. Meanwhile, the BD2178S8 top load washing machine is equipped with Auto Dosing technology that enables users to optimise their laundry product usage, avoiding waste and reducing residue on clothes for an outstanding cleaning experience. The Auto Dosing technology will automatically dispense the required amount of liquid detergent based on each wash cycle and load. Users only need to top up the laundry product compartments once when required. Revitalising Shower Experience Following the launch of the F series in October, Haier is expanding its water heater line-up with the introduction of the K Series featuring Shock Proof Technology specifically engineered to prevent situations of electricity leakage and Earth-leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) failure that may pose a risk of electric shock. This technology transforms high voltage electrical current in the water into a lower voltage, ensuring a safer shower experience. Elegantly designed in Matte Black, the K Series water heater will also feature a square rain shower that can add a unique touch to users’ bathrooms. Elevating Home Cooking For those who enjoy a good homecooked meal, Haier is introducing new hood and hobs to elevate their experience. The HH-GT6907GB is a powerful yet quiet hood, equipped with a large bionic volute design that contributes to a strong, unrestricted airflow of 2200m?/h, coupled with super-low noise performance. The HH-GT6907GB is capable of Hob-to-Hood Connection via Bluetooth to operate automatically when the hob is switched on, and shut off when the hob is not in use. This reduces the need for users to touch the control panel with greasy hands or hassle free for those who tend to forget turn on/off the kitchen hood. Complementing the hood are the HC-Q893STGB, HC-Q872PTGB, and HC-Q872PTDG hobs. It also helps with slow-cooking foods such as porridge or soups as users need not worry about forgetting to turn off the hob that may lead to dry burns or other accidents. Another useful feature is the Flexible Cut-out Size which enables the changing of hobs without having to alter their cabinet cut-out size. This makes it easy for users who wish to change their existing hobs with a new one as they do not have to worry about exact dimensions.
