Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya sets new record in Malaysia Book of Records with the ‘Most Number We Bare Bears on a Christmas Tree’

Christmas is near. hence Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya (Paradigm Mall PJ) is all set to bring the warm, fuzzy holiday vibes with a record-setting feat. Head over to the mall to witness a Christmas celebration inspired by Cartoon Network’s We Bare Bears and catch the ‘Most Number of We Bare Bears on a Christmas Tree’ – the first of its kind in the Malaysia Book of Records.

 The gigantic Christmas tree measuring 8.3 metres in height and 4.5 metres in width is made up of 1,202 miniature versions of We Bare Bears plushies, namely Grizzly, Panda, and Ice Bear, another colourful Christmas ornaments and decorations complete the visual extravaganza situated at the Upper Ground Floor (UG) of Paradigm Mall PJ. Visitors to the mall will be able to check this tree out for themselves from 29 November onwards.

“No Christmas is complete without plush toys and stuffed animals,” says Ms. Selena Chua, Chief Executive Officer of WCT Malls Management. “Hence, we are extremely excited to incorporate them in our showcase of ‘Most Number We Bare Bears on a Christmas Tree’ this holiday season. This gigantic decorative tree filled with tiny We Bare Bears will definitely excite the little ones and encourage families and friends to pose for holiday photos together, making their trip to Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya all the more memorable. On top of that, Grizz, Panda, and Ice Bear from We Bare Bears will make a special appearance at all WCT Malls this Christmas that will fulfil their lifelong dream of being famous.

In keeping with the bear-y fluffy Christmas atmosphere at Paradigm Mall PJ, mall visitors can also participate in the ‘Adopt the Bear Campaign’ by making a donation of RM50 to orphanages. Contributors can collect their adopted bears on 29th December 2019. This celebration of the spirit of giving will bring smiles to the faces of children from House of Joy, Yayasan Sunbeams Home and Shepherd’s Centre Foundation.

Sushi-making with World Sushi Cup Champions by Norwegian Seafood Council

World Sushi Cup champions Sky Tai and Leon Yap led media participants in a hands-on sushi-making class organised by the Norwegian Seafood Council at KDU University recently.
