SUNWAY PYRAMID INTRODUCES ‘JUMPSTART JULY’ TO BENEFIT SHOPPERS AND BOOST RETAILERS WITH EXCLUSIVE CAMPAIGNS ALL JULY LONG

With more and more sectors being given the green light to begin operations, Sunway Pyramid is doing its part by helping retailers jumpstart their businesses with a ‘Jumpstart July’ campaign and encouraging shoppers to return to the mall with exclusive promotions.

Aimed at helping to revive the Malaysian economy, ‘Jumpstart July’ will see various promotions and deals roll out throughout the entire month to ensure business sustainability for all retailers, as well as provide added value to Sunway Pyramid’s shoppers.

Social distancing measures are still enforced to protect all who walk in and out of the mall, which now operates from 10am-10pm. Fitting rooms are now open for shoppers to try on their apparel before making their purchases, while stringent sanitising procedures are still put in place.

Sunway Malls Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Tan says, “The first half of the year has been challenging and also a time of change for all of us. Having to adapt has provided us with more insight into how we can help our retailers and also benefit our customers who choose to visit our malls. We hope that this campaign will provide an avenue for our shoppers to become reacquainted with us and support these businesses as we all move into part two of 2020.”

To this end, Sunway Pyramid is looking forward to welcoming the new month with a whole host of campaigns that promises to provide fun for everybody under one roof – and even out in the sun.

From the Heart

First up, Sunway Malls will be partnering with TGV Cinemas to provide over 1,500 movie tickets across the malls from 9 to 15^th July to our frontliners who have been working tirelessly over the past few months. Sunway Pyramid will also be contributing other entertainment vouchers from within the mall such as Sunway Mega Lanes, Sunway Pyramid Ice and Stars Archery to be included in this care package as a token of gratitude to the frontliners who have given their all to ensure Malaysians are kept safe in the midst of the pandemic.

Drink it up

Mark your calendars for 11 and 12^th July – for those two days only, have a drink on Sunway Pyramid by simply scanning a unique QR code in the IG space in Asian Avenue. This is limited to the first 1000 shoppers, so hurry and scan away! To make the deal even sweeter, five lucky winners will also be rewarded with two vouchers for a Brunch Special at the Sunway Resort Café worth RM176.

Tea-riffic Time

That midday lull on a weekday does not always have to be a drag with Sunway Pyramid’s ‘Have Tea Hour’. From 4-23^rd July, head over to the mall between 3-6pm to enjoy exclusive deals from participating retailers such as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Fish Bowl, Sakae Sushi, Eninge Lemon Tea and Boost Juice Bars. Take Five

If you missed making your rounds in Sunway Pyramid, this one’s for you. With the mall’s ‘Check-in and Redeem’ campaign running from 10-19^th July, all you have to do is visit five outlets in Sunway Pyramid in three different trades (dining, fashion, beauty, entertainment, fitness, etc) and scan to check-in at each outlet with SELangkah or the MySejahtera app. Make sure to keep your check-in screenshots and spend a minimum of RM100 at any of the outlets you have visited. Once completed, head on over to the redemption counter at the LG2 Blue Concourse to redeem a RM5 healthcare cash voucher. It’s that simple!

Not All Heroes Wear Capes

Protecting yourself and your family during this period is as easy as wearing a face mask to prevent the spread of harmful viruses and bacteria. Sunway Pyramid, along with the rest of the Sunway Malls will help make that aspect that little bit much more fun with the ‘Mask On’ campaign from 24 July to 16 August, where you get to collect all four limited edition design fabric masks inspired by the architectural structure of the malls. This includes the Egyptian Pyramid, the Sun-drop Diamond, the Renaissance Globe and the Astute Cube.

The masks will be rolled out throughout the course of the campaign, so shoppers get to look forward to new designs to collect every fortnight. A minimum spend of RM250 in two receipts entitles you to redeem one face mask and a mask holder, with a maximum of two redemptions a day per customer. Huawei customers only need to spend a minimum of RM200 in two receipts to redeem the same deal.

All You Can Eat

In June, the ‘Order and Collect’ campaign was upgraded to an online delivery service to bring the mall to you. From now until 26 July, you can enjoy free delivery for purchases above RM20, receive a RM5 promo code for your purchase and earn 5X Sunway Pals Points! Remember, all you need to do is select the food items you want to order from the participating retailers and dive into your favourite foods when they arrive at your doorstep.
