Domino's Pandu Ambil a game changer in the F&B industry

Driven by innovation, Domino’s Pizza takes the lead to serve customers by introducing a revolutionary service. Domino’s has pioneered and shaped the standards in delivery service internationally 60 years ago and today, the delivery experts stepped up its game in shaping the New Take-Away. 

Keeping its edge, Domino’s Pizza launched its all-new and hassle free “Pandu Ambil” take-away service, offering convenience and safety for its customers. Since its launch on 9th June, Domino’s officially sealed its position as the first F&B chain to introduce Pandu Ambil on a nationwide scale in Malaysia. Domino’s customers can expect  seamless and convenient experience with a few simple steps and a drive by to the nearest store, “It’s just that easy”!

Addressing customers concern in a smart way, Pandu Ambil customers begin their experience from the online ordering platform via Domino’s website or mobile application. There is no queuing involved at the store to place the orders and transactions can be completed within minutes. Once the order is placed, customers will be required to submit their vehicle details online for store members to identify customers upon their arrival.

Customers then make their way to the store and head towards a designated spot, right in front of the store entrance, to receive their order. A store member will come up to the vehicle and pass the order to the customer at their car window, creating an absolute seamless and convenient experience. No time is lost looking for parking with Pandu Ambil!

For a limited time only, customers who opt to Pandu Ambil can have the chance to enjoy the Buy 1 Free 2 Pandu Ambil deal, where customers will be entitled to Free one regular pizza, Free one choice of bread side and an additional Free 1.5 litre bottle of Tropicana Twister worth RM13.50, allowing them to save a total of RM54.90.

To encourage hygienic practices and social distancing within the premises, Domino’s Pandu Ambil encourages a 100% contactless and cashless payment services. Customers who do not have a credit or debit card may also opt to other payment methods available through other cashless options such as GrabPay and other online banking options. 

The Pandu Ambil service is a culmination of Domino’s various contactless services in recent months with the mandatory 100% zero contact delivery service as well as the Potong-Q take-away service at its stores.
