Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson is an iconic place for New Year countdown and this year (2019) the annual New Year 's eve countdown party of Hibiscus Walk is back. Below is the interview with the management of Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson.

1. Lexis Hibiscus has been showcasing fireworks for 4 years, conjunction of NY. What makes it different every year? What is different this year? We would like to start this brand new year with something fantastic and memorable one for our guests, as it will create an unforgettable memories for them at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Various events such as Zumba dance, fire dance performance, live band show and mini night market were organised for guest at Hibiscus Walk while waiting for a spectacular synchronized fireworks display.

2. What’s the uniqueness of the celebration with fireworks this year? We have arranged fireworks consist of 480 spectacular shots. Each shot comes with sparkling colours and unique effects. The fireworks will be display at main building for 5 minutes.

3. How can this event attract tourists and locals? We believe that Lexis is one of the interesting holiday destinations in Malaysia and will definitely attract more domestic and foreign tourists. The NYE Countdown party will entice more tourist to stay and welcome 2019 together with their loved ones.

 4. Are the fireworks only showcased at your hotel as in a very big celebration or, is there somewhere else to watch fireworks too? There are few more places in Port Dickson showcase fireworks. But nothing will be great as you witnessed the spectacular fireworks display from the iconic Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, holder of not one, but two GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS for “The most swimming pools in a resort” (643 swimming pools) and “The most overwater villas in single resort” (522 overwater villas).

 5. How many tourist stay at your hotel during end of year? About 3,000 hotel guests and other visitors from various places expected to participate in NYE 2019 Countdown party tonight. We take this as an opportunity to thank all our guest for their continuous support and trusting our brand. Besides, it is also a good way to boost our spirit providing excellent service in upcoming years
